Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. The Best Rate Guarantee is based on the exchange rate offered. ClearFX promises to provide the best exchange rate in the market for similar transactions. If you find a better executable rate, we will match it.
   
   
2. Our commitment only applies to similar transactions, for the purposes of this best rate guarantee, similar transactions involve:
   
   
   1. transferring the same value in the local currency
   2. transferring between the same currency pairs
   3. transactions need to be compared at the exact same time, as exchange rates move second to second, rates at different times are not considered similar
   4. The other party must be willing and able to fulfil the transaction, this is referred to as an 'executable' rate
   5. The prices compared must be prices offered to the general public and not those only available to staff, club members or other selected groups or individuals
   6. The transaction must be offered to residents of the same country
